At GPI we want you be fully competent and comfortable when you leave our course. During this intensive 4 day course you will use in class presentations, text books, video links and report writing resources. There will also be 1 field inspection and materials awareness walk.

We will cover the many ways in which you can market yourself, protect and position yourself, pricing and the ancillary services.

There will also be special guests that will go over the other fields that a certified property inspector can cover, business structure and taxes.

What to Expect

Upon completion of the course, you will be ready to go out and begin inspecting. The best part is, The State of Georgia does not have any certification requirements for the home inspection industry, but through this course you will be able to set yourself apart by having real world training and experience coupled with the technical aspects of being a home inspector. These areas include, residential and commercial inspections, ancillary services such as mold testing, radon testing, lead based paint testing.
